As a Store Manager, you will lead a team, ensure a positive guest experience, and enjoy competitive compensation and perks.

Expectations & Responsibilities :

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and stressful situations
• Ability to work a rotating schedule as needed
• Create and publish schedules every week
• Conduct and send Reports to the Leadership Team regarding sales, labor, and progress of the store
• Oversee employee training, and, when necessary, termination of employees.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal / state / local laws, and ordinances.
• Conduct product quality checks by taste testing and inspecting food to ensure the quality of food is consistent and up to standards
• Complete vendor and inventory ordering of products.
• Ensure a positive guest experience.
• Complete employee quarterly performance evaluations
• Announce operational and procedural changes
• Conducting monthly store meetings

Requirements :

• At least 21 years of age
• Requires 1 year of Restaurant Management experience(2 years preferred)
• Be available to work at least 5 days a week Full Time
• Open and flexible availability required(variable hours / days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed)
• Be available to cover shifts when call offs occur
• Be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
• Complete Manager Serv Safe certification within 90 days of employment(Poke House will provide paid training and exam)
• Physical requirements : Long periods of standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
