TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Mountain, GA
Shift: 1st shift
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical circuits, 3-phase AC motors, hydraulic systems and other electrical components.
- Must be able to Mig weld.
- Make basic mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturing line equipment.,
- Make repairs to the building as necessary.
- Inspect wastewater treatment processes and modification of processes as needed/required.
- Perform water quality analyses to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and permits.
- Must be familiar with AC/DC generators such as heat induction equipment.
- Ability to use electrical multimeters and other electrical troubleshooting equipment.
- Use the Maintenance work order system to perform and close out daily maintenance activities.
- Interact and communicate with peers and management.
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of maintenance experience in Manufacturing.
- Understanding of LOTO procedures.
- Elevated Work, Confined Space Entran/Attendant/Rescuer.
- StormWater, PPE, NFPA 70E Arc Flash Training.
- Knowledge of wastewater technologies and equipment.
- Ability to obtain a DOT HAZMAT Certificate and Wastewater Operator Class 2 in the State of Georgia.
- Lift and move items up to 50lbs.
- Stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
- Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head.
- Willing and able to work weekends, holidays and overtime.
