The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that
align with the company's business goals.
Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new clients through various marketing
channels, including digital marketing, social media, and community outreach.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective
marketing campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay
abreast of industry trends.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs to
guide current and future strategies.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and results to
senior management.

Client Assessment: Meeting with potential clients to establish care goals, review company policies, review schedules, provide additional information to the home office. 

Qualifications:
3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home care industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
