Ben Tire Distributors - Neal Tire & Auto is Hiring a General Service Technician Near Mount Zion, IL
- Complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters, replacements, and more.
- Provide superior customer service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about customer vehicles.
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
- Basic understanding of car maintenance.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to operate specialized tools and equipment for car maintenance and repair.
- Strong time management skills.
- Careful attention to detail.
- 18 Years of Age
- Valid Driver's License w/ Safe Driving Record
- High School/GED or Automotive Repair Experience
- Successful Completion of a Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screening
- Experience with automotive maintenance is preferred, but we can train!
