Seeking A Shift Lead for Retail Cannabis store

As a shift lead at a retail cannabis store, your main responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the store, leading a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulations related to the sale of cannabis products. You would also be responsible for opening and closing the store, handling cash transactions, and resolving any customer issues that may arise during your shift. Additionally, you would need to train and support new employees, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and work closely with the store manager to meet sales goals and targets.

Once hired first 60 days is probational period starts at minimum wage once passed 60days and there is no issues on performance will go up a dollar. There is chance to reach the store manager position as well depending how the performance is during the first 3 to 4 month of employment.

Also will have chance to be the store manager if seen great potential and goals have met.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
