Cachet Concrete is a small business in Skagit County and we do work in Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties. Our goal is to have a team-orientated crew that prides themselves on getting jobs done seamlessly and professionally.

Duties:

• Assisting with concrete forming, pouring and finishing (Broom, exposed agg, smooth trowel, sand, stamped, etc.)
• Installing rebar
• Performing heavy lifting and manual labor as required
• Digging and demolishing
• Using hand and power tools
• Appling stains/sealants
• Driving company vehicle and picking up materials
• Cleaning of tools and job sites

Duties for leads/foreman:

• Instructing laborers on job duties/expectations
• Delegating tasks to other crew memebers
• Working with owner to ensure seamless job completion
• Recording job hours/tasks when needed

Skills:
- Experience in concrete work/construction
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
- Basic understanding of plans
- Valid driver's license

This position requires individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
