Description: Provide routine to complex field service support for our core products and accessories at customer sites, predominantly within the Mount Vernon, IN area. Support will include maintenance, verification, validation, repair, and calibration duties and troubleshooting operational issues. Position will also provide field service support for other customers of the company as needed within Canada and the US.
Technologies used: Media filtration, Ion Exchange, Cartridge filtration, Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis. Various online analyzers (Hach, Thornton, GE Sensing, etc.). AB & FANUC PLC’s.
Typical skills expected: Ability to complete manual water testing, able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, confident in use of computer for office tasks and interaction with site HMI’s.
Desirable skills: Understanding and experience working with control systems, troubleshooting 480-volt systems and components, experience with pumps and motors 20 HP – 100 HP typical.
This is typical pure water treatment equipment, looking for a candidate with some existing skills with technology in an industrial setting. Water experience is a plus.
This is a hands-on position.
The desired home base location would be near Evansville IN (Mt. Vernon, IN) or within 60 minutes of Mt. Vernon.
