Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty products and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

- Provide personalized customer service by understanding individual customer needs
- Demonstrate and promote beauty products to drive sales
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty department
- Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Assist customers in selecting the right beauty products for their needs

Experience:

- Prior experience in sales, particularly in beauty cosmetics sales
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently
- Proficient in phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Knowledge of salon software is a plus
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Cosmetology background or certification is advantageous
- Understanding of retail math principles
