**Overview:**
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge in home maintenance, general carpentry and plumbing skills, be mechanically inclined, and the ability to maintain and repair equipment. If you have a passion for facilities maintenance and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- General Carpentry and Plumbing
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance concerns
**Requirements:**
- General Carpentry and Plumbing skills
- Some mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Familiarity with reading schematics
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
