**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing the warehouse team, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed

- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize processes

- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy

- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and on time

- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role

- Proficiency in e-commerce operations and warehouse management systems

- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Excellent computer skills; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Experience with process improvement initiatives

- Forklift certification is a plus

- Capable of heavy lifting as needed

- Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) is advantageous
