CareBot ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients of all ages improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and voice quality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Experience working with children with ASD is a plus
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Proficient in providing speech therapy services to patients with various communication disorders
- Ability to perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of current research and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
