About My Limousine :
My Limousine Service Inc., has been servicing the transportation industry since 1983. Our company owns its' entire fleet and all of our chauffeurs are employees of the company.
For the last 8 plus years, our company has been involved in a client satisfaction, excellence-oriented strategic project aimed at improved customer and employee loyalties.
The entire process and strategy are targeted at brand differentiation (via customer personalization and continuous brand improvement).
The goal is to provide a superior buying experience for our customers. The process is bench-marked against similar strategies practiced at Avis Rent-A-Car, Ritz Carlton Hotels and the Disney Company.
