Welcome to Jan Pro cleaning we are a cleaning business currently with opportunity for cleaning accounts in Mount Olive, NC. We are a professional cleaning services with many accounts available for my employees and future employees. I'm looking to add more high spirted employees to my team who are willing to grow with our organization. We are looking for people with great energy and a positive mindset. If you have some experience that will be a plus for us and for you. We have part time positions and full times positions. We also have plenty of overtime for you. I will also like to say that we don't pay by the Hour we only pay by the account. Each account will be different depending on the size of the location and the load of work that will need to be done. We have large accounts, medium accounts, and small accounts.

The perks of working with our Cleaning company is you don't have nobody Micromanaging you as long as you are doing your job correctly.

You also can have sometime to yourself and reflect while you are working or maybe catch up on an audiobook while you clean..

As long as you do a great job and take your job serious while handling these accounts. I will look out for you and give you bigger and more accounts. Duties:
- Perform general janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate floor care machines such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
