CPARC is hiring a PRN Direct Support Professional to provide appropriate support to individuals with intellectual and development disabilities in their homes and the community. These members of the team take pride in assisting individuals with day to day tasks such as: household maintenance, transportation, administration of medications, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and more. Personal care may be required.
The starting rate for a PRN is $16.16 per hour plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for some hours worked. Hours will vary based on the needs of the program. A PRN will have no set schedule and will be contacted to cover various shifts based on their availability.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or its equivalent required. Experience in social services field preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license. Must be physically able to care for individuals living at assigned programs.
