Qualifications: Ability to carry out treatment plans as designed by supervising therapist.
Ability to document daily care as per established guidelines.
Ability to effectively communicate response to treatment intervention to residents, family, and other team members.
Education:
Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Successful completion of the National Certification for P.T.A.
Current state licensure or license eligible.
0-3 years of long term care experience.
