Partners Excavating is looking for an experienced Gradall Operator to join our reputable team. This position is full-time and jobsites are typically in or around the Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, Staunton, and Augusta County areas. Our company does not perform work that requires long travel and time away from home.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience consistently operating a Gradall.
• Willingness to help where needed, even if that means jumping in to do labor work. The "I don't do labor work" mentality is not part of the culture at Partners. We are a team.
• Valid Class A or B CDL
• High School Diploma or GED

Requirements:

• Ability to work 7 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and occasionally on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, kneel, twist, grasp, reach, and/or bend for up to 9 hours (collectively) per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
