We are currently searching for Assemblers for our Mt. Carmel, IL location for 1st shift hours 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. If a community oriented, growth-focused career interests you, consider joining us today.

New hires are also eligible for a $1,500 stay on bonus!What You Need To Be Successful At Opus Packaging
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Work safely
- Have good attendance
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Previous experience in warehouse or packaging environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment including tape measures, micrometers and other tools as required by specific job
- Bend, reach, stoop, squat and stand for 8 hours
- Have good hand - eye coordination
- Occasional lifting of 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds
- Understand machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork or assembly assignments
