About your Role:
As our New JourneysProgram Manager, you will directly lead up to 6 employees, providing training, supervision, and employee hiring and performance duties. This program works with clients and their families, ages 14-40, to assess their needs, provide education about psychosis and how to manage it, and improve their communication and problem-solving skills. The Program Manager will provide assessments, assist with Community agency referrals and resources, coordinate crisis services, and general oversight to the program, to ensure quality behavioral health services are provided.
