Job Title: Painter

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both interior and exterior painting, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Painting:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and color theory
- Perform remodeling tasks such as removing old wallpaper or replacing damaged drywall
- Use power tools and equipment to assist with painting and labor tasks
- Restore surfaces by repairing or replacing damaged areas
- Build scaffolding or other temporary structures to reach high areas for painting

Client Interaction:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their painting needs.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Time Management:

Manage work schedules efficiently to complete projects within deadlines.
Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Experience:

Proven experience in both interior and exterior painting.
Demonstrated skills in cutting, rolling, spraying, and light drywall repair

Versatility:

Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects.
Familiarity with a range of tools and equipment used in painting and handyman work.

Attention to Detail:

Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

Reliability:

Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic.

Must have reliable vehicle

Safety:

Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
  • Access to company truck at times, but must have reliable transportation of your own. Truck preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role
