Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a solid foundation for their education journey. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum using a faith based curriculum
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Incorporate early intervention strategies for students with special needs
- Provide tutoring or additional support as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
