Job Summary:
- The Social Worker will provide support and resources to clients' and their families to achieve the goals set forth in the IFSP. The Social Worker will also maintain a positive working relationship with other team members.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides support and resources to clients' and families in accordance with IFSP treatment plan.
- Meets with team to review and discuss evaluation of clients' skills as demonstrated in sessions.
- Keeps current with professional literature and attends seminars on a regular basis to maintain and update professional skills.
Requirements:
- Social Work License in the State of NJ.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish a PLUS!
