**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Camp Director to oversee the operations and activities of our summer camp program. The Camp Director will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for campers. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement camp programs that align with educational goals and standards - Supervise camp staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Manage camp logistics including scheduling, budgeting, and supplies - Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff - Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders - Plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and guest speakers **Qualifications:** - Experience working with students in an educational setting - Ability to educate and inspire campers through engaging activities - Background in higher education teaching or education administration is a plus - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This is a paid position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
