DigiVac is a family owned business located in Morganville, NJ that manufactures and designs vacuum instrumentation and scientific controls. Our mission is to engineer, manufacture and deliver innovative measurement and control solutions for the research, laboratory and processing communities. Currently we are looking for an individual that has a passion for sales, helping people solve their problems and excellent verbal and written skills. The ideal candidate should have studied or has experience with Business Management and/or Marketing & Sales to perform tasks such as: 

• Answer incoming sales calls and respond to sales leads
• Calling and emailing customers to nurture them through the sales funnel
• Following up with new customers and existing customers on existing proposals and equipment satisfaction
• Update Client relationship management software (hubspot): sales ticketing, schedule follow up reminders, update deals, etc.
• Become familiar with our offers enough to recognize when it could fit a customer’s need
• Leverage technical team to address customer needs

You will learn: 

• How to treat customers extremely well
• The ins and outs of sales of a niche product 
• How to promote products so customers understand the need for such an item
• How to manage multiple projects and tasks at once 
• How strategies can be developed to drive sales 

To Consider:

• Part Time, 24 hours per week (3 days in office. 9am-5pm) 
• This is a Part Time Position with Opportunity to become Full Time Position
• Hourly Commission
• Opportunity for Overtime

Important skills to have: 

Excellent written and verbal communication, respectful and polite, goal oriented, desire to help people, gmail and google docs, excel/google sheets, willingness to reach out to clients and prospects, and well organized. Knowing Quickbooks & Hubspot is a plus.
