SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery is currently seeking a dedicated Patient Concierge to join our esteemed team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and well-cared for throughout their journey with us.

Position: Patient Concierge

Location: This position will be based in our Morgan Hill office (reopening in July 2024) but applicants should be able and willing to travel between our Morgan Hill, Los Gatos and Mountain View offices. Training prior to July 2024 will take place in Mountain View.

Job Description:
As a Patient Concierge at SFBAPS, you will be responsible for creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our clients and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at every touchpoint. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting clients with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the practice.
  • Providing personalized assistance and support to clients throughout their visit, including check-in, registration, and scheduling of appointments.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating with other members of the team, including plastic surgeon, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area, including stocking supplies, arranging magazines, and ensuring the overall presentation reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and billing, as needed to support the efficient operation of the practice.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records systems.
  • A positive attitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
