Responsibilities
- Check in with customer upon arrival
- Be able to work independently
- Perform Multi-Point inspection of customer's vehicle
- Coordinate with Mobile Dispatcher
- Perform services in accordance with Ford Motor Company
- Documentation of repair performed
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Maintaining mobile service van
- Adhere to the values and mission of the Young Automotive Group
Qualifications
- Collaborate with others as a team and be able to work independently
- Be able to work with time constraints
- Strong organizational skills
- Be able to perform under pressure
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Automotive services include: Oil Changes - Tire Rotations - Changing Brake Pads - Fluid Exchanges - Tune Ups - Etc
- 2 years automotive service experience preferred
