Welcome to Love’s!Where People are the Heart of Our SuccessWarehouse Maintenance TechnicianThe Warehouse Maintenance Technician will perform various daily duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to ensure proper warehouse cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld. The Warehouse Maintenance Technician, while working safely, will be responsible for all functions as it pertains to warehouse maintenance, including but not limited to, operating an industrial scrubber, power washing, sanitation, general housekeeping duties, and minor equipment repairs.
How You Will Fit In
- Use all safety related PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and harnesses or seatbelts while driving equipment
- Responsible for verifying daily safety checks of equipment
- Operate powered industry vehicles (Forklifts, Man-up Order Selectors and Floor Scrubbers) in a safe manner
- Assist with periodic inventory counts
- Assists in retread center activities as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company directives, using safety first practices to remain accident-free
- Perform routine facilities maintenance, housekeeping, and sanitization tasks
- Ensure facility and company assets are properly secured and maintained to ensure operational readiness
- Maintain personal grooming and company uniform standards
- Maintain company attendance standards
- Execute company policies, procedures and programs in a professional, effective and timely manner

- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Requires standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
