Responsible for performing psychosocial services including, assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and abuse reporting.
Coordinates discharge care needs under the general direction of the physician, and in conjunction with the treatment team.
May lead process and education groups. Provide support and informal supervision to masters level students. May assist with Utilization Review / Case Management.
