OKLAHOMA EDUCATORS CREDIT UNION

Position: Universal Banker, Moore

Oklahoma Educators Credit Union is accepting resumes for a Universal Banker at our Moore location. As a Universal Banker your duties will include:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to and assisting members with inquiries and problem resolution
  • Establishing member relationships through courteous and friendly service
  • Identifying Member needs and referring financial products and services
  • Contributing to a positive, professional team environment
  • Working within established policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Opening new accounts for Members
  • Helping with consumer loans

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One or more years of experience in sales, retail or banking environment; including sales management, customer experience and relationship management preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Can work effectively as a team member
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great attention-to-detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Consistently work hours as scheduled

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Traditional office environment with branches active in a transaction setting.
  • The noise level is typically moderate.
