Salary Range: $46,875.00-$75,000.00

The Facility Specialist is responsible for daily and on-going/preventative maintenance of the facility's interior and exterior.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel or reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit and talk or hear. The employee may be required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.Could be required to move items/boxes/crates/equipment etc. requiring the need for forklift or other mechanical lifting device(s).The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
