Earthworx Excavation is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Montrose, CO

Experienced Operators needed to operate various types of heavy equipment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

*Experienced in site development, foundations, septic installation, utility installation.
*Experienced in operating a laser transit. Able to read and shoot grade.
*Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
*Ability to organize materials and manage small crews for projects.
*Able to dig and work around existing underground utilities
*Carrying out minor repairs and preventative maintenance
*Performs all duties according to company safety policies and appropriate PPE

Additional Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years Experience
*Must be able to follow directions, carry out daily tasks and meet goals
*Must be able to safely load and transport equipment to and from job sites
*Be a self-starter with minimal supervision
*Ability of Lifting 50 pounds required
*Must have a CDL and clean MVR
*Maintain a punctual and consistent attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
