Robert Half is searching for a Director of Finance/Controller for a local organization! The ideal Director of Finance will have experience working with strategic planning, owning the budgeting, full month end close process, financial statements, financial analysis, and audit process. The desired Controller will be someone out of any industry but someone who is a great manager and mentor as culture is very important for this role. This Dir. of Finance is a hands on role and will be part of the company's leadership team.
- Role only requires 1 in office day a week!!!

Requirements
- Ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment
- Budgeting experience desired
- Month end closings experience
- Forecasting
- Financial statement preparation
- Exceptional analytical skills
- 8 years experience in a similar management role
- Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
