Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and development process by creating detailed technical drawings and plans. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD/Revit and possess a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using Revit software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop accurate and precise drawings
- Incorporate design changes and modifications into existing drawings
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Review and analyze project specifications and requirements
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including material lists and cost estimates
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Experience:
- Proficient in using Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with interior design concepts is a plus
- Previous experience working on construction or architectural projects is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
