Job Description :-
Experience in large Infra transition and transformation Program management
Experience in Onsite Offshore Stakehodler management
Excellent Project and Program management experience
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Extensive experience in Datacenter, End User Computing, Tools and other Infra Project & Program MGMT, Good Exposure in ITIL Process & Enterprise Management Tools
Should have experience in budgeting and P&L management
Should be agood People manager experience in handling a technical team and managers of minimum 30 size team
Excellent in Internal and External Stakeholder MGMT, Conflict MGMT, Risk MGMT
Excellent with Project Management Tools including MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
Should be good in managing the meetings with Senior Leaders
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-project activities
Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Apply change, risk and resource management
Assume responsibility for the program s people and vendors
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Resolve projects higher scope issues
Prepare reports for program directors
Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
Certification: PMP, ITIL
Experience: 10 to 15 years
