Role Description

We seek a passionate and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team! In this hybrid role based in Montebello, CA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely part of the time while enjoying the dynamic environment of our office. Your key responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads, closing sales, and managing customer accounts. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work independently, manage your own schedule, and report directly to the Sales Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Your ability to connect and communicate effectively will be key to building strong relationships with our customers.

Self-motivation and Independence: We value your ability to work independently and drive your own success.

Sales Expertise: With 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flexible packaging industry, you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Presentation and Negotiation Prowess: Your strong presentation and negotiation skills will help you succeed in this role.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with flexible packaging materials, production processes, and market trends is a significant advantage.

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
