Qualifications:
-Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or university
-Valid professional license and registration for state of NY
-COVID vaccination mandatory per site requirements
Responsibilities:
-Assist with retrieving scripts/doctor’s orders as requested by DOR
-Complete evaluations, daily notes, weekly progress notes, recertifications, and discharge documentation in a timely manner and in accordance to CMS guidelines
-Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the physician
-Supervise assistants as requested by DOR
-Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care
-Adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times
