**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable /Payables Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account analysis, double entry bookkeeping, and financial services. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.

**Duties:**

- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently

- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies

- Generate invoices and statements for customers

- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed

- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in account analysis and journal entries

- Knowledge of technical accounting principles

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software

- Ability to perform double entry bookkeeping accurately
