Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at a fine dining restaurant. As a Server, you will receive the hourly pay plus tips. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties:

-- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience

Experience:

- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent service
- Familiarity with menu items
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems
- Ability to upsell and recommend menu items to customers
