Path Engineering is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Monroe, NC
As a CNC Operator (also known as Machining Technician, Production Operator), you'll be responsible for operating both manual and robotic CNC stations, loading products onto fixtures and/or conveyors, performing quality control checks, adjusting values for product variations, and maintaining a clean work area. You'll also be tasked with changing tooling as needed, accurately recording production, and reporting any issues to a supervisor.

- Attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced industrial environment.

- Experience with machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, deburring, packaging, and metal casting.
- Proficiency in operating CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis).
