Temp-to-hire | 8 AM - 5 PM
Requirements | 2 years of medical reception experience including verifying insurance

Medical Receptionist job details include:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits efficiently.
• Verify insurance information, including eligibility and coverage details, and accurately input relevant data into the electronic health records system.
• Answer and route phone calls, manage patient paperwork and medical records, and ensure proper filing, organization, and confidentiality.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and obtaining required signatures.
• Collect co-payments, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely communication.
• Stock supplies and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
