• Manageflow of candidates into our pipeline using sources such as Paycorindeed Linkedin zip recruiter and any other tacticsnecessary.
• Interviewscreen all incoming candidates in the Toledo area and be able toadvise on screening issues from remotesites.
• Alignrecruiting efforts and needs with Executive ManagementTeam
• Determinerate of pay based on metrics provided as well as evaluation ofcandidate s experience. Be able to negotiate pay if needbe.
• Conductopen interviews and in person orientation 3x weekly or on acasebycase basis if operations needssupport.
• Coordinatewith HR using payrollsystem
• Explainingof our company culture &expectations
• Describehigh level responsibilities of eachposition
• Confirmaccurate onboarding paper work is complete including I9s
• Educateon class c certification and certify allemployees
• Retentionof alldocumentation.
• Determineplacement of each assigned employee using candidate availabilityand skills vs store locationfit.
• Communicatewith stores on new personnel as well as acquire needs from fieldoperation on a weekly basis or as neededbasis
• Followup with all new hires to determine if start date was completed intimelyfashion
• Supportboth the field and employees on coordinatingtransfer
• Beable to report to field staffing needs logistical concerns andcritical information on a weeklybasis
• Forecastupcoming changes with information from the field as well asdirection fromleadership.
• Beable to report to the executive team progress of all personnelflow.
• Trackall activities Ensure all training documentation on Store Managersiscomplete

Requirements

• 3Years in a recruiting role preferably in a chain or big boxformat.
• Possessthe ability to effectively and efficiently managetime
• Haveexcellent written and verbal communicationskills
• Officetime is MondayFriday 1st shift however some evening and weekendwork may be required to ensure candidates are followed upon.
• PCskills including Email browsers and recruiting platforms such asPaycor
