Flying Fish Brewing Company is Hiring a Brewery Sales Representative Near Monmouth, NJ
**Must reside in Central NJ**
Flying Fish is back and ready to grow! We are looking for a Retail Sales Rep in Central Jersey and Jersey Shore to support existing business and hunt for more.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and wholesaler management within a defined territory.
- Responsible for Distribution, Display, and Placements of our brands and accounts in those designated territories.
- Ongoing data and activity analysis versus Annual Business plan for assigned wholesalers in the FFBC Network.
- Responsible for Program Development & Retail Standard execution in the market.
- Responsible for volume and distribution goals on a quarterly basis.
- Reports directly to Director of Sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially VIP/IDig and Karma is advantageous
- Ability to build strong rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Base salary $40,000 20% bonus potential
