As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be in charge of effectively providing guidance, support, coaching, redirecting, demonstrating servant leadership, and fostering an environment of highly engaged department staff.

You’ll also have the ability to effectively manage assigned projects, coordinate required communication systems, and streamline the maintenance service delivery process for assigned region to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. In this pivotal position, you’ll also embrace the opportunity to work collaboratively with other departments to source, interview, and help train candidates turned employees to add to our ranks in the Maintenance Department.
