Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Buyer at Alive Telecom located in Mokena, IL. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing equipment, materials, and supplies needed for our projects. You will collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The Buyer will also maintain accurate records and monitor inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Purchasing and procurement experience
- Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
