SUMMARY: The Operations Manager is responsible for the aspects of operations and branch sales within the company. The Operations Manager overseas the day-to-day branch operations as well as responsible for branch profitability. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
• Responsible for promoting culture of safety
• Helps to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission.
• Supports management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Determines long-term planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence.
• Develops program budgets.
• Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through improvements to each function as well as coordinate and communicate between support and business functions.
• Drives initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long term operational excellence. 
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient with applicable computer systems and software
• Solid understanding of financial management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Knowledge of fastener industry beneficial

• Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.
