Job Overview:

Well established Industrial Construction Company seeking a diligent Site Safety Representative to join our safety team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in industrial environment and at least 10 years safety experience. Will oversee safety protocols and compliance on construction sites, ensuring a secure work environment for all personnel.

Duties:

- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures on construction sites
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Collaborate with construction management to address safety concerns promptly
- Provide safety training to site workers on best practices and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, EHS, and other regulatory requirements

Experience:

- Proven experience in site safety management within the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk management practices
- Familiarity with construction site operations and potential hazards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
