Compass Health Network is Hiring a Medical Services Coordinator Near Moberly, MO
ResponsibilitiesAs the Medical Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team consisting of Medical Assistants, Patient Care Specialist, Medical Scheduler, and Clinic Nurse for Primary Care. Additionally, you will serve as the Nurse Care Manager. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering and managing program operations
- Ensuring compliance with licensing and accrediting standards
- Overseeing laboratory functions and adherence to CLIA and OSHA standards
- Managing Pharmaceutical Patient Assistance Applications and medication-related documentation
- Coordinating with the Program Manager on VFC program guidelines and vaccine supply management
- Participating in Quality Improvement programs and leading Integrated Care Team meetings
- Supervising and supporting medical services staff
- Handling staff productivity, performance reviews, and recruitment processes
- Required: Associates in nursing, RN or LPN licensed in Missouri
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Experience in supervision, care management, or related fields
