- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase profitability
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance sales impact and efficiency
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Provide consultative services based on your expertise and established relationships
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals to ensure successful outcomes
- Mentor and lead less experienced sales staff, fostering their growth and success
Top Technical Skills :
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Outside sales experience, including presentations and independent work
Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience
- Preferably with agronomy sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field preferred
