Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Staffmark is currently seeking Manufacturing Machine Operators for both 2nd and 3rd shifts at a prominent local manufacturing company in Missouri City, TX.

Shift Details :

• 2nd Shift : $16.50 / hr, 2 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM
• 3rd Shift : $17 / hr, 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM

Key Responsibilities :

• Load and transport product carts into retorts for the sterilization process.
• Unload completed retort carts and organize products for post-retort packaging.
• Monitor cook times and critical information for each retort cycle.
• Record and process data manually or electronically.
• Promptly report any process deviations.
• Participate in comprehensive training to understand and execute retort controls and operations effectively.

Minimum Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience required; preferably in food manufacturing or handling raw materials.
• Strong mechanical and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and processes accurately.
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
