Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team. As a Hotel Houseman, you will be responsible for stripping all linen and trash from checked out rooms. This is a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience and upholding our high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Strip linen and remove all trash from rooms
- Bring down tips from rooms to be pooled at end of day
- Stock and maintain chute rooms
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when needed

Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and products
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices
- Ability to perform custodial tasks such as floor care, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner
