Performs a variety of routine duties surrounding the preparation and service of food and related sanitation duties according to established policies and regulatory requirements. Areas of service include Patient Services, Cafeteria, Doctor's Dining Room, and Catering. Exemplifies the Medical Center's core values in every customer contact.

Required Qualifications:
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Within 30 days of hire National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
